In order to achieve this, bespoke group training on using LinkedIn effectively can be delivered online, followed by in-depth one-to-one consultations for executive staff, and if required, briefer consultations for other key staff. As an additional option, I can work with your team and rewrite key elements of their profiles.
Suggested format:
1) Online Presentation:
Webinar presentation followed by Questions & Answers.
This can be supported by the full presentation being available online in an interactive document similar to this publication. This document can include access to additional tips and advice, as well as downloading of visual assets such as logos and LinkedIn header images and boilerplate company descriptions. It can also allow for appointment booking of follow-up individual consultations.
2) One to One Consultations:
60 Minute and 20-Minute Profile 'Microsurgeries' can be booked to suit individuals' diaries following the presentation. These will be delivered remotely by phone, zoom or skype for your team members. This allows a one to one focus and the delivery of a personal 'prescription' based on an individual's LinkedIn use patterns, profile, and seniority.
Anytime, anywhere: Delivered anywhere in the world remotely, online using Zoom or a similar platform.
Even if your team are operating in different timezones, this can be delivered precisely where and when you need it.

A proposal for LinkedIn Training and Microsurgery for your Team
Summary
Presenter: Doctor David Petherick
Topic: How to be visible legible and credible on LinkedIn.
Format: Webinar presentation of approximately 50 minutes followed by 15-20 Minutes for Questions.
Follow Up: 60-Minute (for Senior Staff) or 20-Minute Profile Microsurgeries following presentation remotely by phone, zoom or skype for individuals participating.
Collateral: Full presentation available in interactive online document, along with instructions for booking follow up surgeries.
Audience: Mixture of Staff at Toothpic, approx 25-30 in total

Proposal
David Petherick would deliver a customised presentation of approximately 50 minutes around the following topics, then take questions for up to 20 minutes.
- Why LinkedIn is crucially important for individuals and organisations in 2020
- How to make your LinkedIn Profile more credible and effective
- How to use LinkedIn as an effective marketing and networking tool to build your reputation and credibility, and that of your organisation
Follow Up Surgery
Links would be provided in an interactive document allowing team members to book a personal sixty minute or twenty minute one to one 'surgery' appointment by phone, skype or zoom at a future date with David Petherick.
A commercial version of this surgery service is described on my website.
The booking mechanism and written advice to participants can also contain suitable text templates, messaging and branding from your organisation, for example, with a positioning paragraph to be included in personal profiles, and a downloadable header graphic.

Fees
1: The Doctor is In £1200
50-60 Minute Presentation by Doctor David Petherick on improving your LinkedIn Presence targeted to the specific needs of your audience, with 20 minutes of Q&A to follow. 'The Doctor' would be fully liveried with white lab coat and stethoscope.
2: Webinar Platform Fees £0
Your own Zoom licence will be used to deliver content remotely.
3: 60 Minute Executive Surgery £120 each — £720 est.
One hour consultations with David Petherick booked online by anticipated six senior members of staff. This will allow for consultation, edits & advice on profiles and using LinkedIn effectively, with written follow up. These will be charged on a per use basis.
4: 20 Minute Staff Surgery £40 each — £600 est.
Twenty minute consultations with David Petherick booked online by anticipated fifteen members of staff. This will allow for consultation, edits & advice on profiles and using LinkedIn effectively, with written follow up. These will be charged on a per use basis.
5: Interactive Guide & Slide Deck access £400
Online interactive guide (similar to this document) to allow those attending the presentation to download the full slide deck, access additional guides with LinkedIn Tips, download company visual assets, and to book Executive or Staff Surgeries.
Total: £1,600
plus variable fees (£ 1,320)
£1200 fee payable on agreement to proceed and date confirmation. Balance calculated and invoiced when individual surgeries are completed. All services come with a 100% 1,000 day satisfaction guarantee.

- I welcome the opportunity to discuss the message focus, timing, content and surgery mix with you to agree on how to best deliver your learning and marketing objectives.
- There may be a lot of ground to cover in one presentation from your scope of requirements, so it may be most effective to deliver a separate presentation for senior staff.
